Features:
- KGA is suitable for grease NLGI grades 000, 00 and 0. It is designed as a small compact unit that can be applied to a wide variety of machines.
- KGAP-40 has a hard spring and it is suitable for grease NLGI grades 000 to 2. The effective capacity of KGAP-40 is 650cc.
- Grease should be filled from the grease inlet of KGA and KGAP by using grease gun or air-operated grease filler.
- KGA and KGAP can be operated by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and they are suitable to work with all kinds of open-straight distributors, such as A type, B type and AE type distributors. They also can work with CV Progressive Feeders to control the volume of grease feeding. CV Progressive Feeders have fixed amount of grease feeding that can assure each lubricating points has fixed flow of grease. The standard discharge volume of each outlet of CV Progressive Feeders is 0.18cc/stroke. CV Progressive Feeders can be customized to have larger discharge volume by combining 2 or more outlets together.
- KGA and KGAP can be added with a magnetic level switch on request. If the grease level is lower than the minimum level, it automatically sends an alarm signal.
