Features:
- POM can supply fixed amount of oil-air per discharge. The discharge volume can be adjusted from 0.01cc to 0.09cc per stroke.
- POM can be actuated either by an electric solenoid valve or a frequency generator.
- The electric solenoid valve is powered by the input voltage and its stroke frequency can be precisely controlled by the PLC. Electric solenoid valve can work as an air pressure power switch to control the ON/OFF of the air supply. The operating life is 2,000,000 cycles. There are 3 types of electric solenoid valve available, AC110V, AC220V, and DC24V.
- The frequency generator is powered by the air pressure and its stroke frequency can be adjusted upon the need. The operating life is 10,000,000 cycles. The original point is 0. Turn it clockwise to decrease the frequency and turn it anti-clockwise to increase the frequency.
- The discharge volume can be adjusted upon the need by the oil volume adjuster. The triangle mark on the oil volume adjuster stands for the original point and each full-circle turn of the adjusting knob has 14 fractions. Turn it clockwise to decrease the discharge volume and turn it anti-clockwise to increase the discharge volume.
- The air volume can be adjusted by the air-regulating valve upon the need. Turn the air-regulating valve clockwise to decrease the air volume and turn it anti-clockwise to increase the air volume.
- The fixed oil volume screw hole can fix the oil volume adjuster to prevent the setting of it being changed.
- The standard POM has one outlet and the outlet number can be added up to 4 on request. There are 3 type of discharge bore available, φ4, φ6, and φ4*φ8 pipe in pipe.
- Recommend adding OE or OQ oil-air spray gun to each oil-air outlet of POM. POM can be applied for various types of cutting machine tools. It can efficiently reduce the temperature and prolong the duration of cutting tools.
- Recommend using air pressure supply around 4 to 8kgf/cm2 for better oil-air result.
- The suitable oil viscosity range for POM is 22~68cSt@40oC. Forbid filling volatile oil, such as oil contains lipid or ethylene glycol.
- Float switch can be added to POM with 2L square oil tank and 2000cc cylindrical oil tank on request. There are 2 types available. NC (Normal Close) Contact float switch automatically sends an alarm signal when the oil level is lower than the minimum level. NO (Normal Open) Contact float switch sends a signal when there is sufficient oil in the oil tank.
- Magnetic switch can be added to POM on request to monitor the stroke of it. There are 2 types available, NC (Normal Close) Contact magnetic switch sends a signal during the action time while NO (Normal Open) Contact magnetic switch sends a signal during the interval time.
- POM is equipped with an 80 mesh oil filter to filter impurities.
Application of Machines Equipments:
- It is suitable for the machine that requires minimum quantity oil-air lubrication without oil dripping, such as high-speed cutting lubrication, small-area lubrication, special processing lubrication, etc.
- It is usually used for machines such as bank saw machines, tapping machines, milling machines, chain, etc.
